- No, Haus of Hangers is online only, however we do participate in pop up shops in different locations.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
- We have a warehouse in Colorado and Califorina.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email stating it has been processed followed by another email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your order to be delivered.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
- We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, and all major credit cards.
WHAT SIZE IS YOUR MODEL?
- Our model is 5’8 and wears a size MEDIUM unless otherwise stated. Our male model's measurements are listed under each photo.
DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?
- Most of the time, items ARE NOT restocked, so we suggest buying your items before they sell out.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time due to Covid-19. Please read the description under pictures. Please see our return policy.

- No, we process orders very quickly to make sure you receive your items in a timely manner.

- No, orders can’t be changed because they are packaged and shipped right away.
